National Moot Court Competition in Child Welfare & Adoption Law Registration

March 8 & 9, 2019
Columbus, Ohio

Topic: Medical Marijuana and Child Welfare

Teams of law students from across the country will demonstrate their advocacy skills as they present legal arguments at the National Moot Court Competition in Child Welfare and Adoption Law Friday March 8, 2019 at the Ohio Statehouse and Saturday, March 9, 2019, at the Supreme Court of Ohio Judicial Center in Columbus, Ohio.

There are 26 spots available. If schools chose to register two teams, please remember that they will be competing as separate entities and placement in the competition and in the elimination rounds will be solely by scores and performance. This means that it is possible to encounter your school's second team at various stages of the competition. Since there should be no disclosure of school affiliation, this helps to insure the integrity of the competition. Performance is the only factor.
